I upgraded my 1520 to the production version of win 10 mobile. Now I can\’t get my hotspot to work. I tried recreating the login and password. I also turned off VPN. Anyone know why this is happening. I was able to connect in 8.1.

Have you tried restoring it, albeit to the same version? Sometimes resetting a phone will clear problems that show up.
