In this guide, we will be discussing how to activate god mode on windows 11. Yes, you read that correctly, God Mode is actually a hidden feature on Windows 11. Essentially it is a secret shortcut to Windows’ master control panel that provides quick access to almost every setting in the Windows control panel and the settings app. In other words “God Mode” negates the need to waste your precious time digging around in Windows control panels or settings.

It seems odd that such a useful tool cant be accessed by simply searching for it in the search bar in fact god mode has probably the most obscure and seemingly random method of accessing it. It’s possible that this was intentionally done to prevent users from accidentally tampering with important settings and potentially destroying windows since “God Mode” provides options to tamper with advanced windows settings. Regardless however if you’d like to turn on god mode in windows 11 follow the steps below.

How to activate God Mode in Windows 11

Turning on this hidden feature in windows is a bit tricky. So to turn on God mode follow the steps below:

  • Right-click on your desktop and create a new folder.Create a new folder on Desktop
  • Next right-click the new folder, click on Show More Options then click on Rename. Afterwards rename the folder to\”GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}\”Rename the new folder
  • Afterward, Open said folder which Windows will now convert into a “Master Control Panel” folder or activate God Mode.Open master control panel A.K.A God mode.

God Mode on Windows 11 doesn’t make any major changes to your device while making most tasks such as changing date and time and Backing up windows a lot easier and quicker compared to using the normal control panel or settings app. If for whatever reason, however, you would like to remove the God mode from windows 11 all you have to do is simply delete the folder from the desktop.
