I have a batch file that turns on Location settings in Windows 10 (LTSB 2015), however, I do not get GPS data until and unless I manually go to Settings->Location Settings and turn it off then back on. This is the registry setting I am changing: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\ControlSet001\\Services\\lfsvc\\Service\\Configuration]"Status"=dword:00000001 I have also tried these: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\CapabilityAccessManager\\ConsentStore\\location]"Value"="Allow [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\CapabilityAccessManager\\ConsentStore\\location]"Value"="Allow" [KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\lfsvc\\TriggerInfo\\3] These do work to turn on the settings but like I said, the only way I can see GPS data is if I manually turn Location settings off and back on. I did not find a Group Policy that enables the settings, only ones that allow application to access the location settings.
