I\’m sure some of you have noticed but there\’s a phone application pre-installed on Windows 10. And I am talking about Windows 10, not Windows 10 mobile. So my question is if ever there\’s a cellular modem and a valid SIM card installed on a Windows 10 powered device that can be used to send and receive calls… would this somehow work? I presume so or else I don\’t see the whole point of this application. I started questioning this ever since that article about the Portable Console for PC Games last week.
