For some unknown reasons I\’m unable to install Groove music, Windows Calculator and Sound Recorder. Few days ago there was an update for all these apps I tried to install the update but failed to install updates and Windows 10 Store returned me this error "0x80073CF9". I uninstalled these apps using CCleaner thinking that reinstalling would fix the problem but it didn\’t fix. Now I\’m unable to install only these apps. I tried using that "Powershell trick to reinstall all apps" that also failed to install only these apps. I even tried creating new user account with "Administrator" privileges that also failed to install only these apps. Windows details:Windows 10 64bit 1511 build 10586.420
There is a Windows Store Troubleshooter which sometimes helps. Equally, waiting a while or OS updates often also fix Store issues.
