I have windows 10 1607 14393.447 on my asus g551vw fy212t laptop windows 10 completely crashed while in middle of burning blu ray disc now my blu ray disc is corrupt thanks Microsoft! https://1drv.ms/v/s!Akd0rMSJby7ygmj8fSiXj31NdWwF

I had a brief look for the error code, sounds like either a driver, or anti-malware software, messing with the driver is the likely suspect. "This bug check is issued if paged memory (or invalid memory) is accessed when the IRQL is too high. The error that generates this bug check usually occurs after the installation of a faulty device driver, system service, or BIOS.If you encounter bug check 0xA while upgrading to a later version of Windows, this error might be caused by a device driver, a system service, a virus scanner, or a backup tool that is incompatible with the new version." It might pay to find out what driver is at fault. If you have any malware software active, other than defender, it might be worth uninstalling it. You could try googling the laptop and the error code, and see if anyone else is having the same issue with driver incompatibility, and if possible switch that device off in the bios. For an example, my HDMI audio driver on my motherboard was never written for windows 10. It causes a bluescreen every boot if I leave it on. I wish ASUS had better support for its older hardware, but unfortunately they seen to just "move on", like a lot of hardware companies and leave stuff in the dust. I switched it off in the bios, and use a graphics card. If its an audio driver, you can get a soundcard dongle. If its a video driver in a laptop, unless you have one of those weird ports, you might be in trouble.
